Client DescriptionOur client is a well-known F&B group with solid expansion plan and good reputation in the market. To deal with the business development, they are looking for a Consultant Chef to join them.Responsibilities
  • Develop menus and recipes for culinary establishments.
  • Stay updated on food trends and market demands.
  • Conduct product testing and evaluation.
  • Food cost and inventory management.
  • Conduct Kitchen Staff Training on new recipes and techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers for ingredient sourcing.
  • Create visually appealing dish presentations.
  • Maintain documentation and provide reports.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years' experience in Japanese Cuisine
  • Experience in R&D/Food Development of hotel/chain restaurants is a plus
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Be innovative and open-minded.
