- Provide office administrative duties but not limited to input daily Admin service request, payment system, access door system, Document records management, office inventory system, company club membership arrangement and routine purchasing e.g. Office supplies, gifts, festival welfare and printed matters, etc…
- Provide administrative support to senior management such as schedule arrangement, travel bookings, expense claim and etc…
- Organize meetings /office events (in-house and off-site) and to handle minutes taking / prepare the office/festivity related notification
- Responsible to work closely with HQ in support of firm-wide events and activities.
- Provide back up support on receptionist duties when necessary
- Preform other ad hoc assignments or projects as assigned by line manager when
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in office administrative, preferably in sizeable financial institutions.
- Good command in spoken and written Mandarin, English & Cantonese.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing.
- Good Team work player, Patience, detail-minded, well organized and strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Willing to work beyond normal working hours if require and able to work effectively with people at all levels.
