- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for services running on AWS, including ECS, OSS, RDS, VPC, SLB, Function Compute, and more.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure and respond to incidents, alerts, and service degradation issues.
- Assist in provisioning, configuration, and optimization of cloud resources on AWS Cloud.
- Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure best practices in cloud architecture and deployment.
- F.5 or above
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a cloud support or deployment role
- Understanding of cloud networking concepts: VPC, NAT Gateway, VPN, SLB, PrivateLink.
- Experience with Linux/UNIX system administration.
- Familiarity with cloud monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudMonitor, ActionTrail).
