Management Consulting Manager - Risk Modelling

• Enable the growth of Banking & Financial Services practice, responsible for the development of point of views, preparing client proposals, and managing go to market campaigns
• Lead and manage large scale cross functional projects and operational transformations within the Banking & Financial Services sector
• Build and maintain a network of stakeholders that are not only kept informed on progress and outcomes but also presented with insights
• Interface with clients at all levels of an organization to help them solve their most challenging questions and support the Banking & Financial Services practice in developing new offerings and thought leadership to take to market, enhancing our capabilities and services

• Bachelor or Master Degree in quantitative and finance related discipline, such as quantitative finance, actuarial science, decision analytics, economics, statistics, risk management, etc.
• Advanced Degree and professional certification (e.g., CFA / FRM) is an advantage
• At least 5 years of experience in financial services or management consulting industries
• Comprehensive understanding of front to back operations of the market and its evolving relationship with Digital and Technology enablers and drivers
• Demonstrated integrity within a professional environment or comparable experience working as an advisor to financial services companies
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, with proficient verbal and written presentation skills
• Proficient computer programming skills in e.g., VBA, Python, R or SAS
