- Assist Front Office Manager in supervising the activities of the section heads to maintain efficient Front Office operations and services
- Perform daily administrative works and supervise grooming and working behavior of associates to ensure work standards are met and maintained
- Ensure the guest registration, checkout, and mail services are handled efficiently, in accordance with the hotel’s policy and procedures
- Ensure all front office staff are properly trained on hotel systems, security, cash handling procedures and service quality
- Monitor and evaluate associates performance to improve productivity and efficiency
- Resolve guest complaints and recommend actions for improvement
- To be acquaintance with daily house functions, room occupancy and other relevant information for better handling guest flow
- Deputize Front Office Manager in his absence to ensure smooth running of the department
- Complete other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum of 8 years’ Front Office operations experience with at least 2 years in managerial level
- Energetic, well-organized, independent and highly motivated
- Excellent problem solving, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Duty Manager
