Karen Pharmaceutical Company Limited 嘉倫藥業有限公司 is one of the leading GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) pharmaceutical manufacturing Company located in Tuen Mun. To cope with our business expansion, we are now seeking a high caliber candidate to join us for the following position:Key Roles and Responsibilities

To carry out daily preventive and corrective machine maintenance, emergency repair and E&M trouble shooting;
Machines / equipment maintenance planning and prepare preventive maintenance schedules;
Develop latest maintenance approach for improving the machine down time;
Coordinate with company departments to support manufacturing operation and ensure facility working safety;
Monitor and manage the contractors activities and machines installation in accordance with statutory requirement and standard (IQ, OQ and PQ);
Liaise and coordinate with contractors and suppliers; &
Proper document records to comply with GMP requirement.

Qualification and Experience

Higher Diploma / Diploma in Electronic / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines;
Knowledge in PLC programming, Hydraulics and Pneumatics systems;
Minimum 1 year related working experience in Automation Machines installation and maintenance;
Familiar with electrical control circuits is an advantage;
Strong analytical ability with excellent solving problem skills;
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office;
With Cleanroom knowledge and GMP experience is an advance;
Candidate with less experience are also welcomed but will be considered as Engineer;
Immediately available is an advantage
