- Provide 3rd level support & respond to technical issues as they arise
- Support the system such as Exchange, SCCM, SharePoint and Skype for business
- Perform the system configuration, upgrade and maintenance
- Monitor the system services and client healthiness
- Prepare SCCM software package
- Perform deployment of software package, security patches via SCCM
- Perform SharePoint site deployment
- 5 years working experience and proficiency with Exchange and SharePoint in a medium to large enterprise
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in which at least 1 year in project management in a medium to large enterprise
- Solid domain knowledge in Exchange, SCCM, SharePoint, Skype for business, and MSSQL
- Experience in system maintenance and technical problem solving
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skill, able to work well with different levels of internal users and external service providers and suppliers
- Effective writing skill to document and present technical issues; and prepare project and resolve reports
