Represent Our Investment Capabilities: Serve as the primary resource for investment-related support to DCIO clients in Hong Kong. You'll engage with clients through product pitches, due diligence, performance reviews, RFP submission support, and client product training.
Improve Product Placement: Collaborate with sales, client servicing, marketing, and portfolio management teams to improve product placement. Assist in new product launches from planning to implementation, and create impactful product content.
Foster Collaborative Relationships: Develop and maintain connections with essential internal collaborators and partners, such as investment teams, Go to Market teams, client servicing, marketing, and product strategy and development teams.
Develop and Implement Product Strategy: Participate in the creation and execution of local and regional product strategies. Ensure client perspectives are represented, and stay ahead of industry trends to expand our product solutions.
Perform Additional Duties: Take on other job-related tasks or special projects as required, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder. Advanced degree will be an advantage.
CFA, CIMA, or CAIA designation preferred, or relevant experience.
8-12 years of experience in asset management or the investment management industry in Asia Pacific.
Strong understanding of the wealth, institutional, and pension investment landscape in Hong Kong; familiarity with broader Asia Pacific and Middle East markets preferred.
Expertise across all asset classes, with a priority for experience in Equities and/or Multi-Asset. Knowledge of Asia Pacific investment markets is an advantage.
Outstanding presentation and client-facing skills, with a talent for finding creative solutions to complex client problems.
Proficiency in data analysis, including peer/market analysis to ensure competitive positioning.
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in spoken/written Cantonese is highly recommended.
