- Establish relationships with legal, consulting firms, chambers, government departments, resellers, and referral partners to generate leads and build partnerships through resellers
- Participate in networking groups, events, social media and other channels to build lead sources
- Electronic Database Mining: Generate promotion emails keeping target audience updated
- Host free open day events for coworking to encourage use and enquiries
- List coworking desks on all coworking aggregators to generate one off bookings and leads.
- Efficiently handle email, phone and tour enquiries
- Qualify clients’ needs, recommend plans, handle objections, negotiate and close deals
- Preparing proposals and following up enquiries
- Preparation of sales agreement and coordinate with Engagement team for welcome email
- Ensure that member welfare is taken care of by working with local Engagement teams
- Responsible for Member upsell and upgrade opportunities
- Provide monthly report regarding Business Development activities, enquiries and sales figures
- Update business strategy plan, promotions and actions
- Maintain Salesforce system to ensure accuracy of results
- Prepare reports for BD activities, enquiries, and sales for the Corporate Head – Coworking & Virtual Office
- Sales/telemarketing a strong advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Highly motivated, proactive and presentable disposition
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
