We celebrate every small win and personal milestone of our people every day.Education Consultant (國內移民至香港/海外中小學)This is a newly established office at Kowloon Bay with a strong investor and client base in Mainland China.Responsibilities:

Collaborate with education consultants to conduct in-depth research and analyze educational program and policy data.
Assist in the development and implementation of effective educational strategies and solutions in collaboration with the consultants.
Support preparing comprehensive reports, engaging presentations, and informative training materials.
Aid in the organization and coordination of workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Provide valuable administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and maintaining databases.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Possess strong analytical and research skills to gather and interpret data accurately.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively convey information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating and presenting materials.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

Preferred qualifications:

Previous experience in the field of education or educational consulting.
Familiarity with educational policies and programs.
Knowledge of data analysis software and statistical methods.
Experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to oversee and coordinate tasks effectively.
