- Receive and solve IT related inquiries from users through phone and email.
- Provide support in Windows, mobile devices, and hardware/software maintenance.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- ***Immediate Available is Highly Preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant support experience.
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese.
- Have working knowledge of IT support operation.
- Well communicator with customers.
- 20-25K based on experience.
- 5-day week.
- Banking Finance Exposure.
