  • (i) Level 2 or equivalent (Note 1) or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent; or (ii) Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
  • Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent;
  • Be proficient in both Chinese and English word processing speed of 20 and 30 words per minute respectively;
  • Have good knowledge in the application of common business software including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
  • Higher education qualifications and knowledge of computer graphics software applications are preferred;
  • Two to three years' relevant post-qualification working experience in the music industry, schools or customer service field are preferred;
  • Speak fluent Cantonese and simple English.
Job duties
  • To assist in the administrative matters of the Summer Music Workshops and Art Tech School Programme which include preparing publicity, handling recruitment exercises, consolidating teaching materials and liaising with the instructors and outsourcing contractors etc.;
  • To assist in orgainising activities, such as liaising with guest artists and participants, and coordinating logistical arrangements;
  • To provide on-site support, both indoor and outdoor, for the Summer Music Workshops, School Programmes, and other Music Office activities;
  • To perform general clerical duties, applications processing, data consolidation, photocopying and handle public enquiries;
  • To undertake Chinese and English word processing duties and use computer for performing duties and
  • To perform any other duties assigned b supervisors and senior officers.
