System Analyst

• Own administration, configuration, and maintenance of Jira and Confluence environments (users, permissions, workflows, custom fields, plugins, integrations).
• Plan and execute regular system upgrades and patches with minimal downtime.
• Manage Atlassian performance monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of application services.
• Support migration projects, including moving a Kubernetes-based application from one cluster/environment to another.
• Perform Linux system administration tasks (monitoring, patching, troubleshooting).
• Contribute to scripting/automation for administration and maintenance tasks.
• Work closely with infrastructure, DevOps, and support teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Provide documentation and knowledge sharing for upgrades, configurations, and processes.

• University degree in computer science, software engineering or related fields
• At least 2 years of work experience in system support.
• Strong knowledge and experience in administrating and supporting Confluence, Jira
• Experience in supporting applications running on Linux platforms/ Kubernetes-based application
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes concepts (pods, deployments, services, namespaces) and practical migration/troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with containers (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technician issues.
• Excellent communication skills and interact with users and provide clear instructions and support.
• Need to work outside normal office hours as and when required
• Certification in Confluence, Jira would be an advantage.
