About Our ClientLarge & rapidly expanding company with several businesses across a range of industries, already significant scale & ambitious to continue their growth in the Philippines & internationally.Job DescriptionThe Chief Transformation Officer is part of the executive team, working collaboratively and across all business units within the company, to ensure that the transformation vision is set & driven throughout the organisation.
  • Strategic projects within the business to ensure that each BU is operating in line with the company's long-term goals
  • Identify key areas for business integration, alignment of processes, process & business optimisation as well as operational enhancements.
  • Lead transformation programmes by developing and implementing strategic change management plans
  • Escalate key risks and issues to the leadership team and sponsors and advise on key decisions.
  • Foster a positive culture by ensuring effective relationship building across all levels of the organisation
The Successful Applicant
  • Executive leadership experience in international roles focused on business transformation and change management
  • Returning Filipino executives overseas are encouraged to apply
  • Background in leadership roles in large MNCs - all industries welcome to apply for example technology, retail, FMCG, consulting, Financial Services
