- Lead into new retail finance operations & control process related omnichannel projects, such as system implementation, process re-engineering, automation & digitalization
- As a brand owner for retail finance in resolving boutique & ecommerce daily finance operational issues and communicating policy and procedures
- Prepare retail & ecommerce finance operations analysis & present at monthly brands meeting
- Handle month end closing & boutique sales by resolving red lights in collaboration with Brand Retail, Ecommerce, and dedicated IT Specialists
- Monitor boutique collection by reviewing boutique closing reports, verifying bank deposits, performing credit card reconciliation and processing refunds
- Liaise with external CPA for audit cycle / annual stock take in coordination with brand retail team
- Follow up with Brand Retail team for stock position and related issues, such as annual staff consignment confirmation process & consignment out for external parties
- Monitor Monthly cashflow and provide advice to improve company liquidity efficiency
- Degree holder in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, retail/ fmcg experience gained from sizable MNC is highly valued but not a must
- Good knowledge in ERP systems/ Business Intelligence
- Strong data analytical skills, accounting skills and project management
- Good written, verbal communication & presentation skills in both English and Chinese
- Reliable, responsible, proactive team player with strong interpersonal skill
