Project Co-ordinator II(s)The Diversity and Well-being Lab under the supervision of Prof. Winnie Mak at the Department of Psychology is currently recruiting Project Co-ordinators for a digital mental health project, the Jockey Club TourHeart Project.The appointee(s) will be responsible for (a) planning and providing administration support to project team; (b) monitoring project progress and ensuring the delivery of pledged outputs; (c) liaising with collaborators and vendors; (d) assisting in budget planning and financial reporting of the project; (e) preparing and compiling tender and procurement documents in accordance with relevant guidelines of CUHK and The Trust; (f) preparing expense claims in comply with CUHK & The Trust requirements; (g) providing administration and logistic support in organizing online or offline activities; (h) handling HR-related issues of the project; (i) preparing reports for internal and external use; (j) following with external auditor on annual financial & output audit; (k) organizing internal and external meetings; and (l) providing support in ad-hoc tasks.Applicants should have/be (i) a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields; (ii) have at least 1 year of experience in project administration, preferably within the non-profit sector or charitable organizations; (iii) an excellent command of English and Chinese; (iv) strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail; (v) strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities, a keen sense of responsibility and service mindset; and (vi) a good team player.Applicants must submit the following documents with your online application: (1) statement of interest; (2) Curriculum Vitae; and (3) copies of transcripts and academic certificates.Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
