- Responsible of the software maintenance project cycle for key accont.
- Managing a team, both on-shore and off-shore, to provide daily system support services to end-user customers.
- Handling both major and minor incidents, troubleshooting critical production issues, and providing resolutions.
- Analyzing business requirements, specifying functional requirements, developing project plans and schedules, managing costs and work quality, and preparing documentation.
- Organizing and coordinating system upgrades through activities such as system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
- Arrange and perform the regular OS security patches update or system enhancements.
- Engaging with project governance regarding project performance and change management matters.
- Handling routine and ad-hoc IT support tasks, including Disaster Recovery (DR) drills and production hot releases for system enhancements or bug fixes.
- A preferred degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in critial IT system maintenance and support, with at least 5 years of experience in a management role.
- Hands-on experience in software development using programming languages such as .Net, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge in Sharepoint, Xamarin, Power BI, RPA, React Native, Nintex is an advantage.
- Customer-oriented and self-motivated individuals with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
- PMP and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
