- To act as facility lead and responsible to the facilities at the entire branch premises (Hong Kong & Macau) and critical services to support the branch & office premises as well as server rooms at offices. Report to Head of Facility Management of CRESA (Corporate Real Estate & Strategic Administration).
- To monitor performance of the outsourced service providers to deliver high quality and cost-efficient service, including both hard and soft services.
- To execute the established facilities management system and procedures.
- To maintain and update database for workplace champion, fire warden and on-call officer for daily coordination and emergency repair.
- To lead the repair and maintenance with ad-hoc issues for critical services including CRAC, Fire Suppression System, Water Detection System, Monitoring System, FDU, UPS, Generator…… etc.
- To carry out site visits to ensure the entire branch premises are maintained in satisfactory standard.
- To act as bank’s representative to attend the Incorporated Owner’s meeting for the bank owned premises.
- To timely review the resiliency plan of MEP provision to server rooms and comms rooms.
- To lead the special projects including to identify, to plan & to execute which manage by facility management team.
- To provide support to Business Continuity Management Team
- Technical knowledge to Video Conference System and Security System
- To manage the portfolio with sustainability and data driven mindset.
- To co-work with other departments (procurement, security and data center team) to ensure the compliance of bank’s policy and procedures.
- Proactive co-work within CRESA departmental initiative including Transaction, Project, Data, Services Management & Sustainability.
- Degree holder of Electronic / Mechanical Engineering related is preferable. Non-degree holder with strong experience will be considered.
- Relevant strong working experience in hard services for facilities management.
- Relevant working experience in facilities management for branch premises.
- Basic technical knowledge to Video Conference System and Security System.
- Basic technical knowledge of Builder’s Works including A&A & Minor Works as well as to handle BD & FS orders.
- At least 8 years' working experience in Corporate Real Estate industry
- Strong interpersonal skills with positive attitude and proactive mindset
- Good English writing skills
- Good planning and organization skills
- Strong knowledge at critical services with basic knowledge at security and video conference system.
