Responsibilities:Perform full cycle of purchasing activities of fresh meat from sourcing, price negotiation, develop supplier network and long term partnership.Support inventory control including monitoring inventory level and managing stock forecasting.Conduct regular vendors’ evaluation and assessment to ensure compliance with quality, cost, and service standards.Identify new vendors and products that enhance the quality or sustainability of offerings.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving initiatives and drive process improvements.Prepare and deliver detailed reports on supply chain performance and metrics to senior management.Requirements:Higher Diploma or above in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.2-3 years of working experience in Catering or Food Service.Proven ability to develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.Result oriented and with ability to deal with dynamic situation.Strong negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.Immediately available is preferred.Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
