- Develop comprehensive financial plans, budgets and forecast.
- Oversee all aspects of store operations and performance, including inventory management, visual merchandising, staff scheduling, and compliance with brand standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate retail teams to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring staff are well-versed in product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Provide outstanding pre- and post-sales services, including personalized consultations and technical guidance on jewelry specifications, while addressing client feedback promptly.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions, and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
- Uphold the company's luxury brand image through impeccable store presentation, adherence to ethical standards, and promotion of sustainability initiatives.
- Maintain regular communication with the senior management, providing insightful reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 12-15 years of experience in luxury retail management, preferably in watch & jewelry or high-end fashion, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching and development.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge of luxury retail operations.
- Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
