- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, focusing on their needs and experience with our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to enhance the customer journey.
- Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage communications, and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in identifying upsell opportunities and educating customers about additional services.
- Stay informed about the latest product information and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Work towards achieving personal and team KPIs related to customer success and satisfaction.
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or customer success role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is advantageous but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
