The role involves engaging in pre-sales activities, designing scalable, secure network architecture, and collaborating closely with enterprise customers.This position is ideal for professionals with deep technical knowledge in network infrastructure and cybersecurity, and who enjoy bridging technical consulting with business solutions.Job Highlights

Key Responsibilities

Act as the lead technical advisor in pre-sales engagements
Understand client needs and translate business requirements into high-level solution architecture
Develop and present tailored network security proposals, conduct POCs, and lead solution walkthroughs
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, product) to build client-specific strategies
Stay current with emerging cybersecurity technologies and market trends
Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted solutions advisor
Support post-sales handover and occasional implementation assistance

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise networking and cybersecurity
Solid technical experience in firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, cloud security (Azure / AWS)
Proven background in pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution design
Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Certifications such as CCNP Security, CISSP, Palo Alto, Fortinet or equivalent are advantageous
Proficient in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus
