The ATAL – Degremont Joint Venture (ADJV), a joint venture of ATAL Engineering Limited and SUEZ, specializes in delivering sewage treatment solutions. Operating the Pillar Point Sewage Treatment Works, which utilizes Chemically Enhanced Primary Treatment (CEPT) and UV disinfection, ADJV enhances wastewater management while ensuring the continued receipt of septic waste from the public during operations.Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational instructions, integrating works and maintenance activities
Supervise staff, maintain and enhance good communication with all levels of staff
Uphold contract compliance, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and oversee plant housekeeping standards
Participate in client site walks/meetings, addressing shortcomings and implementing improvement actions
Coordinate with departments to manage first-line maintenance and shift transitions, maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards
Analyze operational failures, propose effective solutions, and execute contingency plans to ensure plant continuity
Prepare timely reports, including but not limited to incident reports, and log operational data in SCADA
Ensure safe and efficient operation of the SWRS through regular oversight and training
Monitor and control operational costs
Collaborate with external partners to manage landscape upkeep

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree with technical education background e.g. Engineering/Mechanical, or other related fields
At least 5 years of experiences in management role, highly preferably in water and/or wastewater treatment
Fluent Cantonese, English, and Mandarin; Good written English and Chinese
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
