  • Manage Collection transactions, payments, maintenance processing
  • Manage the tracking and monitoring of the transaction entry
  • Manage the team to meet the sustainable saving target
  • Financial resource planning and administration for the team
  • Perform the routine task under close supervision to ensure individual key performance indicators are achieved
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements, Collections policies and established procedure to avoid any regulatory or compliance risk
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and leadership to create a collaborative work environment
  • Ability to independently make sound business decisions using good judgment and business sense
  • Ability to plan and prioritize effectively with good analytical and problem-solving skills, including the identification of appropriate experts to execute deliverables
  • Attention to detail and timely delivery. Able to work under pressure to deliver own work within timelines and prioritize competing demands
  • Innovative and challenge the existing practice for continuous service improvement and operation efficiency with effective business outcome
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
