Responsibilities:Implement network projects and troubleshoot network issues.Design, plan, and operate network and system integration solutions.Coordinate with service providers and internal/external stakeholders to support customers on network-related matters.Perform network administration and maintain documentation of configuration changes.Provide technical support according to customer service schedules.Work at Tsing Yi Office, North Point Office, and various customer sites as required.Requirements:Higher diploma or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Engineering, or related disciplines.1 – 2 years of relevant work experienceKnowledge and experience in switches, routers, wireless equipment will be an advantage; Holder of valid professional certificates is an advantage (e.g. CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, HCIP, etc.)A quick learner to explore new technologies and solutionsA good team player with good communication skillsGood command of both written and spoken EnglishCandidates with less experience will be considered as Network Engineer or Assistant Network EngineerAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
