We're a rapidly expanding team filled with talented people from around the globe.We are growing fast, and we are now looking for a Program Manager - Business Operations to help spearhead cross-functional programs. This role is for a strategic thinker who is analytical, proactive, and ready to drive change. You will be at the heart of solving business challenges, optimizing workflows, and supporting strategic decisions to achieve our ambitious goals.In this role, you will be part of the Founders’ Office, and report to our Chief of Staff.What you’ll do:

Lead cross-functional programs on various business domains, whether focused on revenue growth, customer experience, running new experiments etc.
Drive programs from inception to completion, identifying key business questions and problems, and developing comprehensive project plans.
Manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure they are well-informed of their roles in each project, negotiate timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Hands-on approach to problem-solving, ready to tackle issues directly when necessary.
Conduct thorough analyses of workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), revamping them to align with business outcomes and goals.
Perform detailed analysis on business opportunities and challenges, delivering actionable recommendations.
Actively support strategic initiatives and contribute to the achievement of business goals.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities within the founders' office, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to engage in a variety of challenges.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in related fields.
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
Having both technical and business background is a plus.
MBA or Masters in computer science is a plus.
Previous experience as a founder is a plus
Experience in a fast-paced tech or high-growth environment is advantageous.
