Be part of the Leasing Team that is responsible for driving revenue and occupancy, handling customers enquiries in person and through social media including wechat, whatsapp and website, and managing administrative work
Support strategies to gain advantages over competitors
Assist other operating teams when help is needed

Who we are looking for:

Degree holders
Minimum one years working experience
Good with numbers, logical and analytical
Keen learner, Team player, Go-getter, Quick thinker, Highly adaptive
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Proficiency in MS Office, Social Media, PowerPoint/Keynote
Flexibility in working on weekends occasionally
