We invite applications for a Professor/Associate Professor position to contribute to our innovative academic programmes focused on health services management and technology. This role involves leading curriculum development, conducting impactful research, and mentoring students to foster future leaders in the field. Applicants are expected to engage in both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in English and Putonghua.Key Responsibilities * Teaching and Curriculum Development:Lead the design and delivery of programme curriculum and advanced courses in smart health, health services management and related fields.Develop innovative teaching materials and assessment strategies aligned with relevant competency frameworks.Supervise and mentor students in their research projects and academic pursuits. * Research and Scholarship:Conduct high-quality research, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in health services management and technology.Publish findings in reputable academic journals and present at national and international conferences.Collaborate with industry partners on research projects that address real-world challenges. * Leadership and Administration:Participate in programme administration, including curriculum review and strategic planning.Foster interdisciplinary collaboration with faculty, industry experts, and healthcare professionals.Engage in community outreach and promote academic initiatives within professional networks. * Professional Development:Stay updated on developments in health services and technology, integrating new knowledge into teaching.Contribute to faculty development through workshops and training sessions. * Service:Serve on academic and administrative committees as required.Actively participate in College governance and contribute to the broader academic community.Qualifications
- A PhD in a relevant field;
- Demonstrated expertise in smart health, health services management or related disciplines;
- A strong record of research, publication, and teaching experience;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Putonghua.
