We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Officer to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting internal operations, particularly in HR data management, contract administration, and internal customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and a solid background in administrative support within HR or related functions.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Data Entry & ManagementMaintain and update employee records in HR systemEnsure accuracy and confidentiality of HR dataAssist in compiling HR reports and metricsContract Generation & AdministrationPrepare employment contracts and related documentationCoordinate contract renewals and amendmentsLiaise with relevant departments to ensure timely processingInternal Customer ServiceRespond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and systemsProvide support and guidance on administrative processesAct as a liaison between HR and other departmentsExcel & Data HandlingUse Excel functions such as VLOOKUP , PivotTables , and basic formulas for data analysis and reportingComfortable seeking AI support for advanced Excel operations when neededQualifications & Skills3–8 years of relevant experience in administrative Officer or HR support rolesProficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables required)Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesHigh attention to detail and confidentialityExperience with HR systems or databases is a plusAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
