- Lead a procurement officer to provide end-to-end sourcing and procurement services on contractor services to internal customers and for the best value to the Company
- Ensure the procurement operations is complied with the policies and procedures of the Company
- Maintain and build strategic relationship with key vendors to improve service deliverables and to develop cost saving initiatives
- Negotiate and manage supply agreements/contracts for major/strategic purchases
- Oversee the eTendering system
- Degree holder in Purchasing & Supply Chain, Business or Finance
- At least 6 years' working experience in procurement field, preferably in telecom and service industry
- Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management would be an advantage
- Confident communicator and negotiator
- Excellent command of both written and spoken in English and Cantonese
- Good analytical, persuasive and problem solving skills
- Good command in use of Microsoft office
