As a Regional Sales professional, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Work closely with the corresponding International Distribution sales teams (US, EMEA, APAC) for global firms to deliver a geographically seamless client experience.
  • Proactively manage and resolve internal issues relating to winning business. Liaison with internal departments (marketing, compliance, legal, etc.) as part of the sales cycle.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored banking and financial services solutions.
  • Monitoring market trends and identifying new business opportunities in the region.
  • Providing expert advice to clients on financial products and services.
  • Preparing and presenting detailed sales reports to management.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Representing the organisation at industry events and conferences.
Strong in Relationship Manager and Sales processGood experience in intermediary sales for Asian Private WealthA successful Regional Sales professional should have:
  • 5-7 years of financial services experience; intermediary sales experience a plus
  • Languages: Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin- native or near native fluency. Ability to read, write and present in these languages effectively
  • Strong knowledge of banking and financial services products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
