1) Assisting in system migration from in-house Training Administration System (TAS) to GovHRMS. Including but not limited to assisting in data restructure and migration, business process re-engineering, trouble-shooting, gathering user requirement, designing/restructuring the reports generated and users&;#8217; access level, working with ITS to create a new system to deal with those methods which cannot be covered by GovHRMS in Personal Development Plan and Full Pay Study Leave.
2) Assisting in operation, maintenance and trouble-shooting after adopting Training Management (TRM) module. Assisting in training on using new email system with TRM module to TD colleagues.
3) Assisting in enhancement of Personal Development Plan (PDP) system, maintenance and trouble-shooting; gathering user requirement and transform the idea into functional applications; offering professional IT advice on programming logic in PDP enhancement to strengthen PDP effectiveness and efficiency.
4) Maintaining the specific database and thematic portals, and coordinating related online training on national security, integrity management and departmental induction programmes.
5) Assisting in planning and organising the structure of e-learning through intranet.
6) Overseeing all PC related matters including administrative work for maintenance of equipment for T&DS; responsible for the implementation of Electronic Recordkeeping System (ERKS) and Departmental Inventory System (DIS).
7) Assisting in technical set-up for organisation, implementation and evaluation of classroom/online training programmes; monitoring training data records, etc.
8) Carrying out any other IT support duties as assigned by his supervisors.Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0

Requirements 1) Solid practical experience in the management and maintenance of in-house training administration system is required
2) Solid practical experience in website design and development is required
3) Experience in implementation and evaluation of online training programmes
4) Solid experience in video editing is an advantage
5) Good communication, liaison and organisation skills
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in Microsoft Active Server Page Scripting (ASP);
. At least 4 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. At least 4 years' experience in MS ASP.NET (MSA);
. At least 4 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS);
. At least 4 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL);
. At least 4 years' experience in VBA (VBA);
. At least 4 years' experience in Web Hosting, Design and Maintenance (WED).
Non-technical Skills:
. Good coordination skills is a must;
. At least 4 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
