Able Engineering Company Limited, a member of Able Engineering Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 1627), is a well-established multi-discipline construction corporation in building construction, repair, maintenance, alternation & addition works (RMAA), building conversion, design and build as well as fitting out works. To cope with our business expansion, we are looking for high caliber candidate to join our energetic team.Qualification and Experience
  • Diploma or Higher Certificate in either Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic / Polytechnic University or an institute of vocational education or equivalent;
  • Experience in inspection of building services works is preferred;
  • Possession of good knowledge in personal computer applications is preferred.
Duties
  • The CTA(BSS) will be seconded to the Hong Kong Housing Authority to carry out site supervision, site inspection, resolve technical and contractual problems, liaise with other parties, supervise and monitor site progress, site checking, site measurement and records keeping.
Place of DutyStation in any HA's construction site.Office HoursThe normal office hours are from 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday (may be required to perform overtime work outside office hours or on Saturday / Sunday). The office hours may be subject to change and follow the general offices hours of the Housing Department.SalaryMonthly salary from $25,115 to $40,630 according to the terms and conditions as stipulated by Housing Department subject to eligible experience and undertaking of
