Posting Date: 2025-09-04Moose Far East LimitedProduction Planning Manager (6 months contract)Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the production planning team to execute the production planning function to ensure smooth operation and effectiveness of productionAnalyse and identify risks associated with the options built into the Master Production Plan, including manufacturing lead times to support on time shipProactively identify potential production problems, develop solutions, and implement them to resolve or prevent a problem using analysisConsolidate data from different systems to conduct data processing review, analysis and reporting to management using advance metrics in Excel, Access, etc.Provide Allocation Report consistent with the company capacity and sales forecastCoordinate with Merchandising Department to ensure specific customer requirements are accurately captured on Purchase Orders and communicated and executed by the factoriesRequirementsDegree in Computer Science, IT, supply chain or equivalent5 years relevant working experiences, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain operations, understanding of workflows and process optimization, familiarity with ERP systems and system enhancement projects is highly desirableStrong technical background, with the ability to work across systems and support digital transformation initiatives, i.e. SAP integration tool PI/PO, CPIAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access and Power BIMature, self-motivated, detail-minded, responsibleExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including MandarinTravelling is requiredCandidate with less experience or qualification will be considered as Assistant Production Planning Manager.Interested parties please send your resume with current and expected package, date of availability to us “Apply Now”.All information collected would be used for recruitment purpose only.
