- Maintain daily routines, coordinate scheduling and logistics for executives, meetings, and events
- Prepare minutes, report, meeting and presentation materials
- Handle travel arrangements and hotel accommodation
- Manage the senior management’s correspondence, both internal and external, and ensuring that all communication is appropriately handled
- Coordinate with the Group and internal departments to support a seamless setup and operations. Act as a coordinator for the orders from special clients. Ensure their orders are handled satisfactorily
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanour
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Adaptable and flexible, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
