- Develop and execute upstream material strategies aligned with business goals and sustainability targets.
- Manage supplier relationships, including sourcing, negotiation, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate closely with Product Development, Quality, and Production teams to ensure material availability and compliance.
- Monitor market trends and risks related to raw materials and proactively adjust sourcing strategies.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and inventory planning to support production schedules and minimize excess.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or procurement, preferably in consumer goods or apparel/accessories.
- Strong knowledge of upstream supply chain processes, vendor management, and material sourcing.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Passion for sustainability and innovation is a plus.
