Understand guest preference and provide quality services
Greet all VIP guests and bit farewell, and provide a smooth and seamless check in and check out experience
Handle guests' inquiries and actively collect feedback from guests
Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to Hotel's policies and procedures
We are looking for someone who has:
Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
Minimum 1 year experience in the Hotel or Service Industry
Self-motivated and well-organized
Outgoing, customer oriented and self motivated individual
Strong communications skills and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of spoken English and Putonghua
