• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with broader business goals.

• Analyse supplier performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, delivery, and cost.
• Proactively manage supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to ensure continuity of supply.

• A Bachelor Degree Holder's in Supply Chain Management, Vendor Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing within the industrial or manufacturing sector, specially in Greater China Area, SEA region (Vietnam) .
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with procurement systems and tools.
• Knowledge of market trends and supply chain best practices.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
