Conduct project on-site supervision, monitor & report project progress
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
Conduct site visits and supervise construction progress
Assist in project timelines, budgets, and quality standards-related documents and reports
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design ideas
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders

Requirements:

Graduated from Interior Design or Art related disciplines with at least 1 year related work experience will have advantage
Knowledge of site map and interior design
Proficient in AutoCAD and Excel
Independent with strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask who is willing to learn
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English
