Discover how you can make a difference in the lives of individuals, families and communities around the world.Job Description:ResponsibilitiesFormulate the overall sales training strategies for bancassurance channel in alignment with the overall banca business directives of SLHK.Develop, implement and monitor bancassurance training development strategies based on the performance of new and existing frontline in sales/ referrals. This may include performance analysis, assessment, and identifying training needs.Implement bancassurance training & development programs to enhance understanding on SLHK product suite and client service, including explanation of features and benefits, and terms & conditions of different insurance policies.Ensure and monitor the effectiveness of all training related initiatives with measurement and analytics on the training results.Ensure the content of training program and sales tool is complied with internal compliance and regulatory requirement.Train bank frontline on effective referral / sales capabilities, including the soft skills development. Depending on the training needs of different sales streams, this may involve role-playing exercises, providing feedback and offering guidance on building rapport with clients.Effectively disseminate key information and Company directions to Bank sales force and establish rapport and trust with Bank sales force through closely knitted relationship management.Liaise with the Bank to set up the communications platforms or media to deliver sales and training message effectively.Explore and liaise with external speakers for appropriate training course to well-equipped the Bank’s frontlines.Build up and maintain a set of banca sales training / supports materials such as presentations, manuals, sales aids to support the learning process. These materials should be comprehensive, easy to understand, aligned with the company’s policies and fit to the training needs of Bank frontline.Keep abreast of banca training trend and develop different sales supports tools to facilitate referral and sales activities of the Bank staffBuild the training team, lead and develop the training team member.Support direct supervisor to implement company’s mission and direction.Keep exploring the new learning approaches and materials to deliver a highly effective sales supports model.RequirementsDegree holderOver 10 years of experience on developing, training and educating sales management and field forceSolid experience in the bancassurance field, with frontline experience preferredExpert knowledge of bancassurance businessSound knowledge in life insurance productsForward-looking capabilities on curriculum design due to channel developmentIn-depth understanding of adult learning philosophies and how to apply them to course development and deliveryExpert knowledge of basic and advanced sales techniques, selling approaches to curriculum development and deliveryUp-to-date knowledge of trends and developments in training and course design, organizational development and financial services industry to curriculum development and deliveryTechnical expertise on training needs analysis, curriculum development, program implementation/delivery and evaluation to address training & development needs of field force and sales managementExpert consulting skills in identifying appropriate Sales Training Strategies and interventions to address sales organization issuesProject management skills with the ability to juggle multiple learning and development projectsWe offer 5-day work, attractive salary, MPF, group life and group medical insurance; and excellent career development opportunities to the right candidate.We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
