In this role, you will ensure smooth daily operations, deliver excellent guest experiences, and support team coordination with the kitchen. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, we would love to meet you.Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth restaurant operations by coordinating with F&B team and maintaining well-stocked service stations
  • Lead and support the service team, communicating daily, goals and updates, and ensure effective collaboration with kitchen staff
  • Deliver courteous, professional service, handle guest feedback, and manage special requests to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Uphold hygiene, safety and service standards, and ensure staff appearance and work areas meet hotel expectations
RequirementsThe Non-Negotiables (Must-Have)
  • 4 years of relevant working experience with at least 2 years ‘experience in supervisory role
  • Sounds knowledge in restaurant and event operations as well as F&B systems
  • Service-oriented, pleasant personality with strong sense of responsibility
The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Have)
  • Diploma holder or above in Hospitality or related disciplines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken Chinese and English
