- Ensure smooth restaurant operations by coordinating with F&B team and maintaining well-stocked service stations
- Lead and support the service team, communicating daily, goals and updates, and ensure effective collaboration with kitchen staff
- Deliver courteous, professional service, handle guest feedback, and manage special requests to ensure guest satisfaction
- Uphold hygiene, safety and service standards, and ensure staff appearance and work areas meet hotel expectations
- 4 years of relevant working experience with at least 2 years ‘experience in supervisory role
- Sounds knowledge in restaurant and event operations as well as F&B systems
- Service-oriented, pleasant personality with strong sense of responsibility
- Diploma holder or above in Hospitality or related disciplines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken Chinese and English
