  • Assist in planning, organizing and implementing of communications projects and activities as well as media relations of the bank
  • Provide supports in public affairs, media relations and issue management
  • Assist in formulating communication strategies and media events
  • Provide supports in public affairs, media relations and issue management
  • Perform media monitoring on regular basis as well as project base
  • Work with external vendor and internal team in media monitoring
  • Assist in copywriting and editing of corporate materials, including corporate website, brochures, leaflets, online and digital marketing materials and press releases
  • Coordinates vetting of all internal and external communications and promotion materials and collaterals such as press releases, advertisements, advertorials, pamphlets, brochures, official website and wechat contents, online advertisements, and act as gatekeeper to ensure compliance of internal guidelines and statutory requirements
  • Handle external and internal communications
Requirements:
  • Degree holder or above in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Journalism, Marketing or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5, with 4 years or above relevant experience in public affairs / corporate communications of which minimum 1 years in Banking / Finance is preferable
  • Proficiency in written Chinese and English
  • Familiar with media environment and strong in media relations
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Detail-minded and with good communication, interpersonal and organization skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ad Hoc duties are expected
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Corporate Communications Deputy Manager or Manager.
