As an Assistant Manager of Branding Strategy & Customer Journey Design, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand identity and enhancing the customer experience.   • Collaborate with the Branding Strategy Manager to develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Assist in developing brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all marketing materials, campaigns, and channels.
  • Design and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, identifying pain points and opportunities for engagement and improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative assets, including visuals, messaging, and storytelling, that effectively communicate the brand's value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as product managers and sales teams, to ensure alignment between brand positioning and customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to measure the effectiveness of branding strategies and customer journey initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in branding, customer experience, and design, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in branding strategy, customer journey design, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent creative and design thinking abilities.
  • Proficient in using design tools/software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for branding, customer experience, and staying ahead of industry trends.
