Key Responsibilities:Well document the process, practice, configurations, etc. for sharing with other teams;Prepare an IT project plan and review with senior management;Monitor and report the project progress regularly;Assist internal clients in evaluation and selection of suppliers;Ensure that related documentation complies with approved policies and standards;Support corporate procurement initiatives and handle internal clients'' queries;Manage the program / project from estimation, scope, requirements through deployment;Lead project teams in the development and implementation of detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports;Proactively manage and monitor execution of deliverables and status in an effective manner;Manage 3rd party vendor relationships and coordinate work between different teams;Ensure resolution of cross segment / team project issues, risks, and/or conflicts;Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree holder in computing/Information Technology or related field;Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in system support;Proficient knowledge of HTML5, PHP and major Database systems such as MySQL;Good knowledge in web base development technologies;Strong problem solving and analytical skills;Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;Self-motivated and the ability to work under pressure;Good interpersonal skills and excellent verbal/written communication in both English and Chinese Cantonese (Mandarin will be a plus);PMP Certified is preferable; Knowledge of Agile and Scrum framework is preferable.Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Software Engineer.Language proficiency is a MUST for this position.Interested parties please send us your detailed resume including current and expected salary by clicking "APPLY NOW".(Personal data provided by applicants will be treated in strict confidence and used for recruitment purposes only.
