Provision and manage on-prem / Cloud infrastructure components such as servers, databases, load balancers, and other resources required to support applications
Manage the Company’s database systems includes installing and configuring database systems, monitoring performance, backing up and recovering data, ensuring data security and managing user access
Collaborate with applications team members to understand their needs and resolve infrastructure-related issues
Support deployment and configuration management
Implement monitoring and alerting systems for infrastructure and applications
Maintain security and compliance frameworks to ensure applications meet relevant policies and standards
Plan and execute capacity and scaling projects to ensure infrastructure can handle increasing amounts of traffic and data over time
Implement and maintain Disaster Recovery Plan and System
Participate in on-call rotation to respond to infrastructure-related incidents and provide timely resolutions
Continuously improve infrastructure processes and technologies to increase reliability and reduce downtime

Qualifications:

Higher Diploma / Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
4 + years of experience in infrastructure support, DevOps, or related roles.
Solid experience in MSSQL/Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL
VMware environment
SAN storage system such as LUN creation/replication
Cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure
Containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
