- Promote programs and change messages by organizing employee communication sessions and preparing digital communications of e-posters and videos.
- Implement customer satisfaction programs, such as preparing service collateral for customer retention and monitoring customer compliant system.
- Strengthen employee engagement by organizing field visits and employee engagement activities. Solicit employee feedbacks and translate into improvement actions.
- Identify training needs and arrange structured training programs to raise performance bar.
- Assist in service operational improvements projects through identifying improvement needs, formulating solutions, defining success metrics and measurements; and tracking performance against business goals.
- A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Digital savvy. Experienced in design software and video editing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Good planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated, agile, and proactive with strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact and influence across.
- Fresh graduates will be considered as Assistant Officer, Service Performance Excellence.
