A contemporary steakhouse from the legendary butcher from Tuscany, Italy. Dario’s rich Italian heritage, philosophy of eating sustainably, and dynamic personality provide a whole new perspective of what steakhouses can be.What will you do?
  • Reporting to the Chef de Cuisine & Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting kitchen operations, while maintaining high-quality products and service levels.
  • Assist in the smooth running of the day-to-day operational procedures in the kitchen
  • Ensure neatness and cleanliness of kitchen and storage area
  • Maintain good relations with other team members
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time
Knowledge and skills
  • With relevant culinary academic background is an advantage
  • Solid experience in hotels or reputable restaurants is an advantage
  • Passionate about developing career in upscale kitchens
  • Pleasant, self-motivated, detail-orientated and being a team player
  • Good organizing, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken Chinese and English
