Handle Accounts Receivable invoice and receipt preparation
Handle Credit Card reconciliation
Verify and prepare the Travel Agencies Commission Report
Assist in daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable and General Ledger
Assist in month-end closing and account reconciliation
Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines
Holder of LCCI level 2 will be considered in advance
1 year or above experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferably
Proficient in MS Office
Knowledge in Cambridge/ PMS/POS is an advantage
Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized and good communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk
