Senior Officer - Administration

• Provide secretarial support to Executive Director including but not limited to meeting coordination, travel arrangement and report preparation
• Handle all the administrative duties and ensure a smooth daily operation for the department
• Monitor staff attendance, petty cash and report submission for all Business Units
• Organize internal and external meetings and events
• Review and control office expenses
• Arrange industry related trainings for operation teams
• Participate any ad hoc duties as assigned

• Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• With minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sizable organization or fast paced industry
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, able to work independently and with good communication skills
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
