Christian Action was established in 1985 as a Hong Kong registered charitable organisation. Our mission is to serve those who are poor, disadvantaged, marginalised, displaced or abandoned, aiming to give them hope, dignity and self-reliance. Our service recipients include underprivileged children and youth, the unemployed, low-income families, ethnic minorities, refugees, migrant domestic workers, as well as orphans and abandoned children in Qinghai, we also run social enterprise programmes. Our services are based on the example of Jesus Christ to serve all people regardless of their age, gender, nationality and religion.

Provide placement services and meet with trainees during the course
Ensure performance standard and target set by ERB are being met
Contact trainees and follow up their job searching status
Refer trainees the job vacancies and recruitment events
Handle job application for trainees
Compile and data entry of statistics and reports
Any ad hoc duties as required

Requirement:

Higher Diploma / Associate Degree holder is preferred
Secondary graduate with extensive experience will also be considered
2 years in the field of customer services, administration or human resources preferable
Good Cantonese, fair English, simple Putonghua
Knowledge in Word, Execel, Powerpoint, Chinese & English Typing
Client-oriented, work independently
